Many of my friends know that I dont take cheese, milk, beef, lamb and certain vegetables. I know, I know, what a waste right? Haha! It's not that i'm lactose intolerate because I do take chocolate milk and certain kind of cheese like mozarella. For beef and lamb, it's not a religion issue, it's just that since young I didnt like the taste at all.. and vege? Yuck. I think my bones are abit rusty? I might say... because of lack of milk? Plus I dont really excersice, hence my flexibility and propotion is not that good. I dont know how my bones will react when Im much older -_-
