Have you all ever watched the September Issue documentary? I highly recommend it for those who haven’t watch, you can definitely learn something about fashion & publication.

Because it’s a fresh start of everything, preparation for back to school & university, Fall has more clothes/fashion wears than summer, we can review new lavish photoshoots and advertorial, combination of the coming holidays must haves, trust me this issues has the most advertisement and also most articles. This is the month where magazines compete for cover models and advertising revenue.

It’s like a grown up guide book for back to school shopping

tHermoCEUTICAL Products

Hey everyone! I would like to personally thank those who actually went for their FCR Treatment at VIP KOREANA under my recommendation! Hope your skin is doing fine :) I took my mom, sister and bestie Su Anne to try it as they saw a great improvement on my skin.

Bestie & Sis who came down from Singapore just to try the FCR Treatment

These are their tHermoCEUTICAL product range which I will be talking bout it later :)

The FCR steps are simple:

1. First they will cleanse your face with the Phytoamino Regentron Foam gel to take off all impurities and prepare the skin for the absorption of the active ingredients of the treatment in the following steps

2. They will put on the MAX Hydrofacial GEL for about 10 mins to kill the bacteria on your skin

3. This is the mineral rich coral calcium powder formulated with fractional prickles of mineral rich coral calcium to penetrate into dermis and epidermis layer of your skin to activate cell regeneration cycle and to stimulate the production of collagen. It also contains a lot of other active ingredients such as papain enzyme to activate the disablement of dead skin cells and also to stimulate your cells turnover, arbutin which helps to brighten your complexion and so on.

This multi active ingredient packed coral calcium powder will be mixed with its important partner which is the Regentron Activa Solution, which is also packed with its own active ingredient where when both the powder and solution is mixed together, all active ingredients will work together to increase the fibroblast of the skin which in turn will accelerate cell regeneration cycle. This concoction will be used to scrub on your face for 10 minutes, during this process slight discomfort will be felt.

 4. After the scrub, they will first put MaxHydrO2 Gel Masque on for 10 minutes which is very cooling to calm your skin and redness. And the last step is where the RegeniC Hydration Sheet Mask is put on for another 15-20 minutes, this will help fill your skin up with ample of hydration and also to soothe your skin after the treatment.

The FCR Treatments is a scrubbing treatment, not laser. It is great to reduce acne, acne scar, pigmentation, reduce enlarged pores, improve skin tone and skin elasticity. It can also improve freckles, keratosis pilaris and seborrhoeic skin indications.

During the FCR treatment, they will use the tHermoCEUTICAL Regrentron Clinic product range and I personally am using the MFG Regrentron Cream, it’s super light base and I love how my skin will feel so smooth everytime after I apply it on. I did also use the MGF Cicaderm Cream after my FCR treatment. It is a natural Olive Crystal base with nano technology and it’s light and silky cream with the multi growth factor concept which helps skin cells to regenerate better and faster.

This is my kinda like my saviour cream as after the FCR treatment, your face will feel a bit prickly and itchy, this cream helps solve the problem with its hydrating and repairing skin cell ingredients. :)

After scrubbing your face with the coral powder, they will put on the RegeniC mask for you and this helps to reduce redness and irritation from peels, waxing, microdermabasion and from post laser treatment. It will feel cold and wet but it will not leave residue when mask is removed and the mask is best keep refrigerated. This mask has definitely calmed my face after the FCR treatment.

These are some of the Regrentron range products which are also available :

tHermouCEUTICAL Regrentron Clinic

1. Phytoamino Regentron Foamgel to wash away pre cloggin impurities
2. MGF Regrentron Toner to refresh and hydrate your skin while making the surface smoother and helps prep the skin for proper moisture absorption.
3. MGF Regrentron Serum for regenerative and repair system to ensure an optimal post treatment healing environment.
4. Max Revitalizing Eye Contour is a triple treatment to the eye area : combat puffiness, wrinkle, dryness and sagging skin.

Basically the whole tHermouCEUTICAL Regrentron Clinic range is a regimen to regenerate cells and repair your skin. it is especially helpful for damaged or sensitive skin from those peeling, abrasive and post laser treatments. This Clinic helps to enhance the skin protective barrier and to protect from external damages.

tHermouCEUTICAL Regrentron Clinic is suitable for Sensitive, Damage Skin and Post Laser Skin

I also did the Hydration Facial where they use the tHermoCEAUTICAL HYDRACALMING CLINIC for a superbly hydrating regimen to calm sensitive, mature and dry ageing skin.

1. ULTRA Hydracalming Cream which is a light weight cream for moisture protection that actively prevents surface dehydration while smoothing skin surface with botanical extract.
2. Max HydrO2 Gel masque for intense hydrating, maintenance of skin balance and ani- inflammatory and it's highly cellulose hydrating method cools down the skin quickly.
3. Ultra hydracalming serum is a light weight serum for daily moisture protection that actively prevents surface dehydration.
4. RegeniC Mask is to help reduce redness and hydrates skin.

The whole tHermoCEAUTICAL HYDRACALMING CLINIC is a superbly hydrating regimen to calm clinically sentisitve, mature and dry ageing skin. it contains ingredients that are ten times more moisturising than Hyaluronic Acid that is being able to hold in the moisture level and preventing water loss from the skin. The product are lightweight whilst at the same time soothing skin from harsh and dry clinical and weather condition.

tHermoCEAUTICAL HYDRACALMING CLINIC is suitable for Sensitive, Clinically sensitive and Dry Ageing skin

They’ve also have the Photo Clinic line which is the SolarCare 50 Ultra SPF50+ PA+++ and Brightening Blemish Contour

The SolarCare is an ultra high protection treatment specifically designed for all skin type either your an adult or children or for those who suffers from sunburn, it is also water and perspiration proof therefore it will not leave an oily feeling on the skin.

The Brightening Blemish Contour is a special skin care preparation for irritated, red, blemished skin with enlarged pores. This is meant for brightening, soothing, hydrating anti-microbial properties to allieviate redness and irritation. It is rich with Vitamin E which is a natural antioxidant. This will be perfect for those who just want a light coverage for their face without the pore-clogging ingredients found in most makeups.

tHermoCEUTICAL also have the Brightening Clinic for those who wants a brighter complexion and the Remedic Clinic

wedding updates

My wedding day is approaching fast!
I cant believe that it’s been a year now since Marcus proposed in Paris.
We didn’t get married soon after he proposed because his sister was still studying in America.

Ive been planning this wedding ever since August last year. I picked my bridesmaid, had the perfect dress and shoe, the perfect theme for the wedding. I knew what I wanted since day one.

Vera Wang Bridal Fall 2011 bought it in London after Marcus proposed

Christian Louboutin Bianca Nude in colour, bought in Ngee Ann City Singapore as Louboutin doesn’t sell here in Malaysia.

Wedding ceremony theme : Breakfast at Tiffany’s

Everything is going fine but sure there would be some obstacles along the way :) I think one year is a great duration for preparing the wedding.

We’ve got both our venues covered, paid deposit one year before for our wedding reception venue and we just recently book our ceremony venue, initially I wanted to get married where I live as there’s a sky lounge in the 36th floor overlooking the KL city view, but due to inconveniences, we had to change it to another venue in PJ which im excited about :) It’s a church with  a rooftop garden and we could host more people out there.

As for the bridesmaid dresses, I overcame my first obstacle which is the material and colour which I wanted ( Robin Blue Egg aka Tiffany colour ) was out of stock and my tailor is off to London soon!
So right now I had no choice but to buy it and I don’t know where to start, can you imagine bringing out ten girls shopping to try out dresses? Im sure a few wont be able to make it due to tight schedule of their work life!

We’ve almost completed our Pre Maritial Counseling under SIBKL Church, and it is very important to plan a good marriage. I highly recommended this counselling for those who are getting married. I know many brides are busy planning for the perfect wedding, but have you ever thought about a perfect marriage? I think it’s more important than the wedding of course. Please give this a thought.

I also had trouble looking for a cheongsam for my Taiping wedding as the theme is  THE ROARING SHANGHAI 1920’s. I absolutely cant wait for this as the theme is perfect for Taiping and I hope to get all the shanghainese decorations and outfits. I love how eastern and western combines. Such glamour and as chinese, the bride must wear cheongsam :) its a tradition and traditions are important to me and my family. No scottish kilt this time, it’s all about being chinese and proud of it :)

For my KL reception, I’m almost done with my decorations and food menu as well! For this, my decorations costs me about RM 30-40 K alone. Flowers was already about 3-4K, food is roughly about 50K and I know liquor is gonna cost me a bomb as well! Especially when Im a champagne lover and MOET is no exception! I only have 25 tables for KL and 55 table for Taiping.

The venue is beautiful, let’s see a before and after we decorated it. This is the current picture, its gorgeous without much deco.

My decorations are quite expensive as I wish to transform the place to look something like this

everything white : roses, linens, candles, everything and to create this lighting, ambience light is very important. But the fairy lights wont be above but at the side draping from ceiling to grass :)

I always wanted a small intimate wedding where I know everyone, hence with 25 table I can only invite a few and the rest is family. Please don’t be upset if you are not invited, there is no space as we can only fit roughly 25 tables.

Im yet to designed my own wedding card but I still haven’t started! Perhaps something simple like this would do :)

I should be sending out invites soon :) Preparing for 2 receptions isn’t easy especially when it comes to the guest list. This gave me the headache most. @_@

Preparing a wedding is fun and sometime tiring! Always book everything in advanced, like how Marcus and me when and see our wedding band yesterday and due to the popularity of the rings, we could only get it by October. Phew, THANK GOD we went 2 months in advanced! Hope the ring comes before the big day! Cartier better keep their promise or I might sue them! hehe :P

As for pre wedding photos, we just finish our photoshoot and cant wait to see the final outcome, here’s some pictures of behind the scenes

Note that I didn’t show a picture of my Vera Wang here as I add additional belt and veil and of course I want to surprise my guest when im wearing it so stay tuned for it <3 p="p">

Thank you Abi for also buying  my second dress by Vera Wang as well from Los Angeles and not forgetting Zhong and Brie for buying me the VW belt from Texas :) Appreciate it much and cant wait to wear it during my wedding!

Oh, btw did I told you guys that I hire a music band already? Presenting SKYWARD by Ming Han and Charis, I think they are perfect piece for my wedding :D both are super talented!

As for actual day wedding photography and videography, I hired Nicholas Chin, check out his page here :

Ive gotten many things sorted out, just left these few ( actually quite a lot LOL )

1. wedding favours
2. songs to be played
3. invitation card
4. finish my guestlist
5. bridesmaid dresses
6. cheong sam for taiping wedding
7. brothers outfit for taiping wedding ( where to get the wong fei fog custome ? )
7. and some decorations for the ceremony :D

I could only imagine my ceremony to be filled with white big balloons and greens :)
I would love someone to play the violin as I walk down the aisle.

The dress code for my wedding ceremony would be hats, sunnies and pearls as its outdoor and I thought it would be classy if all the ladies would wear hats and men can wear sunnies :)

As planned, during my walk at the ceremony, people are given a bottle to blow bubbles while for the reception, people are to light up the sparkles :)

I cant wait till the big day, loads more to do and I hope God will guide me in preparation of our big day
